Mouse hand clickable got enabled when hover mouse in empty space between profile icon and next bar
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Open https://test-community-app.topcoder-dev.com/challenges
- Login with dan_developer
- Hove mouse in empty space between profile icon and next bar
- Mouse changed to hand clickable.
- Upon click nothing happens
Expected behavior
Hover mouse should not change to clickable hand in empty space
