What's in this PR?
Per discussion in JIRA, remove the
Hire Topcoder Talentbutton because the form was heading to Unbounce via go.topcoder.com.NOTE - The form itself is still in the codebase, on the off chance we'll want to redirect the form to a URL that works in the future.
