[$50] Redesign activation email

@atelomycterus - Topcoder would like to redesign the email that goes to users for email activation of a new account. Currently it's plain text, but we're going to update it to HTML. A basic template is attached

• Update the design to more match the emails we send for the forums, including the button CSS
• Add this text: If you are unable to click the link above, try copying and pasting this link <insert link> into your browser., where <insert link> is the activation URL

Email looks like this. I haven't configured params/vars in my Auth0 account, so they weren't replaced in my email.
