PM-1608 project search issues

2 issues are addressed:

1. Fix the projects search input in the users tab: take full width so text doesn't look cut out
2. update the project search to use "Exact match". This yields better results in the sense that if you search for a specific project by it's whole name, you'll get only that. But if you search by individual words you're still getting similar behavior as previously.
