Arduino code for pH, temperature monitoring, data logger, turbiostat, control LED for mimicking sun pattern. Python script for the simulation of microalgae growth with real solar profiles.
Raspberry Pi communicates with 4 Arduinos over serial USB connection to regulate flow through 24 peristaltic pumps for use in a bioreactor.
Bioreactor system regulating internal stirring speed, pH and temperature of a yeast TB vaccine solution. Joint EEE-CS project in my UCL Electronic and Electrical Engineering degree.
