This repository contains the R code associated with our research paper on soil health practices, developed in collaboration with the Nebraska Healthy Soils Task Force (NE-HSTF).
R codes developed for East Chicago PCB soil paper. Codes describe how to create the maps and figures (ECSoilFigures.R), as well as all the statistical analyses (ECSoilStatTest.R) performed in the paper. All data are available and download from Pangaea. This is part of Project 6 of the ISRP (https://iowasuperfund.uiowa.edu/)
Through collaboration with the College of Charleston and the USDA Forest Service Southern Research Station a soils technical report was created using SQL for data mining and graphs generated in R.
