Touchstone 0.3 adopts TIP 0003: every defect uses De-minimis, Minor, Moderate or Severe. Severity now affects scratches and other surface damage alongside depth and size. The specification records the exact deduction tables and rounding rules.
Existing 0.1 and 0.2 assessments retain their original meaning and require their corresponding historical runtimes. This release does not automatically reclassify or rescore them.

Validation: all 235 tests pass in the extracted 21-file standalone package. Tests establish the encoded arithmetic and input contract, not physical inspection accuracy or equivalence to another grader.
