Keep named Apply jobs as an exact ordered selection. Apply contract 3.9.3 forwards selected job IDs, rejects mismatched targets before a request, and never replaces rejected selections with unrelated queued jobs.
Ship Apply skill 4.9.3 and plugin 1.1.3 with the exact-selection and same-key recovery instructions.
Pin the Node HTTP adapter to the patched 2.1.3 release; the installed package audit remains free of advisory exceptions.
