Update for the past week:

• 21,302 newly identified accounts with Twitter Blue verification
• 10,940 accounts lost Blue verification (either by unsubscription or Twitter action)
• 10,409 accounts returning (had been previously observed as subscribed, then weren't, and now are again)
• 109 Blue accounts suspended
• 326 Blue accounts self-deactivated

Net increase of 20,428 current Blue accounts for a total of 289,199.
