Peer wire, forms, and formula core: Iroh-backed pair sync, a form ontology,
and a hardened release pipeline.

  • Iroh peer wire (ADR 0060) — trellis wire brings pairwise peer sync over
    Iroh, the on-ramp to local-first graph replication that does not depend on the
    relay.
  • Formula core — the frozen kernel formula core + dialect adapters (ADR 0059,
    TRL-470) graduate to src/formula and a trellis/formula export (TRL-479).
  • Forms — the form ontology lands as trellis/forms (core + React, Vue,
    Svelte, vanilla).
  • Device provisioning (TRL-455) — devices mint their own keys, sprite
    authorizations are signed, and private keys are written owner-only.
  • MCP decision capture — decision traces auto-capture again and honor
    --path.
  • Release pipeline — publish runs from CI only, validates the tarball before
    it ships, and the gate runs on Node 22.
  • Repo hygiene + guard — scratch artifacts and stale media removed; an
    enforceable sensitive-content scan (PII, secrets, denied paths) now runs on
    pre-commit, pre-push, and CI (TRL-493).
