Fixed

• rote run shows a gate's data, not only its message (#325). A gate
  binds what the person decides on, but every workflow runtime reported
  only the rendered message, so a message calling a draft "below" showed
  nothing below it. Each runtime now reports the gate's other bound inputs,
  and rote run prints them under the message: a string as written, keeping
  its lines, and anything else as compact JSON. The compiled skill already
  showed them.
• rote run on Cloudflare retries wrangler dev on a fresh port when
  another process took the one it picked (#324).
• A step that fails without an optional input is flagged (#326).
  Verification runs the deterministic steps on the sample input, and the
  sample always carried the field, so a renderer that raised without a URL
  the contract made optional passed. Each optional field the sample has and
  a step reads is now left out in turn, and a step that ran with it and
  raises an error naming it goes back to the agent: handle the absence, or
  make the field required. It is a review gap, not a failure, because the IR
  cannot say "required when X". A probe that times out is reported and ends
  the probing, and fields past the cap of six are an open question.
