Twitter has rebranded itself to 'X', however the website's header and footer still uses the older "bird" logo.
This PR changes the Twitter Icon Component to reflect the relevant twitter logo ("X" logo) according to the branding toolkit: https://about.twitter.com/en/who-we-are/brand-toolkit
