Find and move all image on folder

Feature

• Search file and calculator value
• Check and get file with smail size
• Move it to folder
• Move some file if it not is image

How to using

• Run by python and with bellow command :

    python removedup.py -i pics -o imgs [-max 95]

• -i : input folder
  
• -o : output folder
  
• -max : Max percent of same file
