Extends aggregation annotation parsing to treat all implementation dependency annotations uniformly, enabling support for CastDependency without updating this parser each time a new dependency annotation is added.

• Consolidated multiple explicit annotation filters into a single predicate using ImplementationDependency::isImplementationDependencyAnnotation
• Removed now-unnecessary individual dependency annotation imports
