Added

• Scene tiles can be dragged to reorder them, live as the drag crosses into
  another tile. The context menu also gained Move Left/Move Right,
  reachable from the keyboard and VoiceOver, where a drag is not.
• The idle placeholder card links to the project page,
  trsdn.github.io/OpenCamraHub.

Changed

• Pausing now sends the same card the camera extension falls back to when the
  app isn't running at all, instead of a plain black frame. The camera
  connector stays warm either way; only the picture changes.
