Write up the initial community release only notes Update the how to update truenas content. Make Enterprise update content into a draft. Update CORE release list and dates.
- Remove lifecycle table from release notes (could be taken to imply Enterprise upgrade is allowed/endorsed) - Update CORE upgrade paths charting

enable the page header and adjust the messaging to note this is 13.3 community edition only and provide a direct link to the latest Enterprise version docs (13.0)
