The mcp package was updated from v1 to v2 with breaking changes:

trustgraph-mcp (mcp_server/mcp.py):
- FastMCP renamed to MCPServer (from mcp.server)
- Context moved from mcp.server.fastmcp.server to
  mcp.server.mcpserver.server
- host/port moved from MCPServer constructor to run()

trustgraph-flow (agent/mcp_tool/service.py):
- streamablehttp_client renamed to streamable_http_client
- structuredContent attribute renamed to structured_content
  (all wire type attributes are now snake_case in v2)
