Description
Added Go package manager to alpha docker image to enable Golang support.
Added uuidgen binary from Linux Utils package to docker images to allow RHDA_TOKEN generation.
Added RHDA_SOURCE environment variable to allow source tracking.
Renamed GITHUB_PACKAGE_REGISTRY_ACCESS_TOKEN to PACKAGE_REGISTRY_ACCESS_TOKEN to remove GITHUB_ reserved word from variable name.
Updated README.
