[1.9.16] Bump TerraiOS SDK to 1.9.4

• Bump TerraiOS SDK to 1.9.4 (https://github.com/tryterra/TerraiOS/wiki/Change-Log) — fixes iOS terminating the app after Apple Health daily data is enabled: a background sync or a backfill call such as getDaily or getActivity over a long date range no longer starts a read for every day at once. Also stops a background sync that iOS interrupted from delivering the same day twice on the next wake.
