Removes the stray terra-react dependency — terra-rt was shipping Terra's entire health SDK to every consumer, adding ~23 Health Connect permissions on Android (triggering Play's health-declaration review for capabilities apps never used) and linking HealthKit on iOS (forcing purpose strings). Nothing in terra-rt uses it; verified across TS, Swift, Java and build configs. ⚠️ If your app imports terra-react directly, declare it in your own package.json — it is no longer installed transitively. Also drops the unused isTerraRtAvailable() added in 0.2.8. Published via npm OIDC trusted publishing.
