New features

• YouTube feeds, off by default. Add a playlist, channel or single video from the Add feed page and MinusPod serves it as a podcast feed. Audio comes through yt-dlp and the video's captions become the transcript, with an optional transcription fallback when captions are missing. Creator chapters, descriptions and thumbnails are kept, and author, explicit and categories are editable. Settings > YouTube holds every knob with per-feed overrides: processing delay, SponsorBlock probe loop and watch window, Shorts and duration filters, hiding private and deleted videos, proxy URL, extra yt-dlp arguments, cookies file, and an optional YouTube Data API key for faster listings. • SponsorBlock marks are the cut source for YouTube episodes. Marks are cut as given with the LLM reviewer off. Learned audio and text patterns still run alongside them, and the marks are learned as patterns. The LLM pipeline runs only when a video has no marks or Pass 1 detection is on for the feed; Full reprocess and Re-detect ads force pass 1. Marks that change inside the watch window trigger an automatic recut from the retained original. (#921)
• yt-dlp ships in both images (2026.10.26 floor) and self-updates daily on the data volume, with an Update now button in Settings > YouTube. (#921)
• The episode page has a built-in audio player with chapter navigation, skip back 15 s and forward 30 s, a remembered playback speed and keyboard shortcuts. The episode description sits under the player and collapses with a Show more button. (#923)

Fixes

• Deleting a feed also removes its pending rows from the processing queue, so a removed feed cannot be picked up for processing again. (#921)
• The known-sponsor hint no longer fails with a missing database when the reviewer is its first caller. (#921)
• Processing stats record the chapters stage when publisher chapters are preserved. (#921)
• Feed metadata survives background refreshes, and artwork uploads report progress and errors. (#923)
• At phone widths the feed page keeps Delete on screen while Refresh is pending, and the feed URL copy button shares the action row with Reprocess, Refresh and Delete. (#921)

Upgrade notes

• YouTube feeds are off by default. Downloading from YouTube can conflict with YouTube's terms of service, so enable the feature in Settings > YouTube only if that is acceptable for your use. The YouTube feeds doc covers the SponsorBlock trust model and every setting.
