While the original suggestion recommended creating a dedicated “Prepare the Guardrails Environment” section with step-by-step folder creation instructions, we’ve opted for a more streamlined solution by adding a contextual note in each onboarding guide (AWS, Azure, GCP). This note:
• Acknowledges the possible absence of the “Sandbox” folder.
• Clarifies its intended use in production contexts.
• Provides a direct link to the Create Folder Guide for users who need detailed instructions.
This approach avoids duplication of existing documentation, reduces maintenance overhead, and still ensures that users are not blocked or confused when instructed to select the “Sandbox” folder. It balances guidance with conciseness and keeps the onboarding flow focused.
