Compilation guideline?

Thanks for the interesting work!

I am interested in evaluating your map multi-lookups with coroutines but couldn't find the desired compilation guideline. I could manage myself with CMake configs here and there but it would be great if you can comment on it as I am guessing you may certain preferences.  FYI, I am on Ubuntu 20.04 with Clang++.
