[feature request] Language selection #2588

With Mastodon Web now supporting language selection for posts (introduced in mastodon/mastodon#18420) I'd like to see that available in Tusky too.

No problem if it has to be enabled in the settings as an "Advanced Feature" as to not clutter the default UI too much by default.
