Refreshing notifications collapses already expanded content warning #3623

Have a notification with a content warning
Expand the content warning
pull to refresh all notifications

Expected behavior:
Local state of notifications gets preserved, e.g. collapsed state so I don't have to click to expand it multiple times

Actual behavior;
Local state is lost and already expanded warnings are collapsed again
