What's new

• Conversation metrics: native first-token latency, estimated generation speed including reasoning, and cache hit rate. Tool waits are excluded; missing timing is shown through sample coverage.
• A separate, resizable conversation-details window with turn/request records, tool activities, and independent subagent statistics. Details and status default to the latest completed turn.
• Archived conversations have a restore-only menu. Context menus dismiss when the app loses focus; chat details appears at the bottom of ordinary chat menus.
• Compact quota display with a visible 5h reset time and full reset-date/countdown tips. Countdowns above 24 hours use days and hours.
• Source refresh and window/configuration handling improvements, plus incremental local builds.
