Fixed

@agentforge/tools - Identifier-Only Mutation Metadata

• UPDATE and DELETE now report zero affected rows for identifier-only metadata arrays instead of counting the metadata wrapper as one row. Explicit driver counts and INSERT identifier derivation and row-count fallback remain unchanged.

Validation

• pnpm release:validate passed with 251 test files passed, 2 skipped, 3,057 tests passed, and 23 skipped.
• Skips are intentional opt-in coverage for the Neo4j integration service, PostgreSQL connection tests, and web-search performance tests; enable them with a running Neo4j service and RUN_INTEGRATION_TESTS=true, POSTGRES_CONNECTION_STRING, or RUN_WEB_PERFORMANCE_TESTS=true plus network access, respectively.
