• Centralized repeated Tool execution attempts, supplied retry delays and decisions, thrown-value normalization, timeout races, and timer cleanup in one private resilience module.
• Preserved composed Tool and Tool Executor validation, backoff and filtering policies, method resolution, warnings, callbacks, metrics, error identity and wording, nesting semantics, non-cancelling timeouts, and exact-deadline ordering.
• Added public characterization coverage for retry outcomes, invocation counts, backoff and capping, filtering, validation, error normalization, timeout cleanup, late completion, complete retry-sequence deadlines, adapter nesting, and deadline ties.

Validation

• pnpm release:validate passed with 249 test files passed, 2 skipped, 2,986 tests passed, and 23 skipped.
• Skips are intentional opt-in coverage for the Neo4j integration service and web-search performance tests; enable them with a running Neo4j service and RUN_INTEGRATION_TESTS=true, or RUN_WEB_PERFORMANCE_TESTS=true plus network access, respectively.
