Changelog
mo purgefor old build output: Findsnode_modules,target,.venv,buildand about 30 other build folders under your project folders, each only beside the project file that made it, such asnode_modulesnext topackage.json. Folders changed in the last 7 days and projects a running program works in start unselected, anything git tracks is never offered, and every folder is checked again right before it is removed.mo purge --pathssets which folders it scans, and--dry-runpreviews.mo historyshows what Mole did: Recent runs grouped by command with how much each removed, moved to the Trash, skipped or failed, then the latest operations with their paths.--jsonexports it,--limitsets how many.- GPU shader caches only on request: Mesa, NVIDIA, Steam and Lutris shader caches are no longer cleaned by default, since games rebuild them on the next launch and stutter while they do.
mo clean --gpu-shadersincludes them, as on Windows. --debugkeeps a log: Any command run with--debugwrites a session log and prints where it is, with your home folder shown as~, ready to attach to an issue.mo --versionnow also says how Mole was installed.
Install
curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/tw93/Mole/linux/install.sh | bashMole installs into ~/.local/share/mole and links mo into ~/.local/bin, with no sudo. Already installed? Run mo update. SHA256SUMS.txt lists the checksum of each archive, and the installer checks it before installing.
