Changelog

1. Health: The Claude instruction surface is judged by what actually loads, so a repository carrying only AGENTS.md is no longer reported as having none, and nested guides hidden by a root CLAUDE.md are now flagged.
2. Check: Review asks what an assertion cannot see and what harmless change turns it red, treats a documented CI gate as a claim until the workflow confirms it, and never re-runs an at-most-once publish to satisfy a timed-out check.
3. Security: The security reviewer covers CI workflows, flagging missing permission blocks, mutable action references under write scope, and event payloads interpolated into shell bodies.
4. Hunt: Detector thresholds are set below the measurement that motivated them and checked for what they print when nothing crosses the line.
5. Write: Wikilink targets are masked from the punctuation checks, so a page name or path inside [[...]] is no longer rewritten as if it were prose. Thanks to @jsiu93.
6. Check: Keyword retention is judged separately from behaviour checks, so a rename no longer reads as a behaviour change.
7. Skills: Descriptions are shorter and more precise, so skills stop triggering on requests outside their scope.

1. Health：按实际加载的文件判断 Claude 指令面，只有 AGENTS.md 的仓库不再被报成没有指令，根目录 CLAUDE.md 遮住的嵌套指南会被指出来。
2. Check：审查会追问断言看不见什么、什么无害改动会让它变红，文档里写的 CI 门禁在工作流确认前只当成说法，至多一次的发布不会为了让检查通过而重跑。
3. Security：安全审查覆盖 CI 工作流，识别缺失的权限声明、写权限下指向可变引用的第三方 action，以及被插进 shell 的事件载荷。
4. Hunt：检测阈值取自触发它的那次实测并设在其下，同时确认无一命中时它打印的是什么。
5. Write：标点检查不再把 wikilink 的目标当正文，[[...]] 里的页面名和路径不会被改写。感谢 @jsiu93。
6. Check：关键词保留与行为检查分开判定，改名不再被读成行为变化。
7. Skills：技能描述更短更准，不再在范围之外的请求上触发。
