Chronicle Network Upgrade Support:
- SIGHASH_CHRONICLE (0x20): opt-in legacy/OTDA digest selection
- Reinstated opcodes: OP_VER, OP_VERIF, OP_VERNOTIF, OP_SUBSTR, OP_LEFT, OP_RIGHT, OP_2MUL, OP_2DIV, OP_LSHIFTNUM, OP_RSHIFTNUM
- MAX_SCRIPT_NUM_LENGTH increased from 750KB to 32MB
- Malleability relaxation for tx version > 1
- scriptCode derivation from locking script for OP_CHECKSIG in unlocking scripts
