qq:record: a retake can no longer wipe the first take. With ONLY set, the Unity template refuses an output folder that already holds an encoded recording unless its name ends in -retake (an evaluation lost its first take to a mistyped OUT). SKILL.md now says when to simply re-record the whole list (it takes a minute or two) instead of a retake folder, and to read one full-size frame for small effects that 480 px sheet tiles can't show. reference/unity.md covers scenes that pose the camera in their own Update. The template asks for readbacks in the reader's language and one-line captions.
