I needed to be able to toggle the legacy SQL boolean (experimental bool). You can read more about it here: https://google-api-client-libraries.appspot.com/documentation/bigquery/v2/python/latest/bigquery_v2.jobs.html#insert
or https://cloud.google.com/bigquery/docs/reference/v2/jobs/query#request-body
I think I covered the two places where you would possibly use this boolean.
Let me know if there is anything else I need to add.
