Add example of using `node:test` and `@typescript-eslint/no-floating-promises`

This comes up once in a while, and I don't know that there's a single place online showing using [`allowForKnownSafeCalls`](https://typescript-eslint.io/rules/no-floating-promises/#allowforknownsafecalls).
