White scroll bar in dark theme in Chrome

Prerequisites

• uBO is the only extension.
• using a new, unmodified browser profile.

Description

Scroll bar should be dark in the dark theme.

You use color-scheme: dark; only for some inputs https://github.com/gorhill/uBlock/blob/dfd42ebf5ffa1e70c8ecd6f7cc0e8fb680e0d934/src/css/themes/default.css#L384-L388, but you should apply it to root element as well.

A specific URL where the issue occurs.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Choose a dark theme in a browser or system
2. Open uBlock Origin settings

Expected behavior

Dark scroll bar.

Actual behavior
