Holiday traditions (Spain)
XINT: Do you participate in any rituals or ceremonies before or after starting the meal?
_XRSP001: We are not very strict at home about the dishes we eat during holidays. However, there are some essential ones we usually consume. These indispensable dishes appear mostly during Christmas or Easter holidays, although the majority of my family is not Christian. _ These are the classics for Christmas Eve. For the appetizer we take some cold meats such as pork ham, hard sausage or different kinds of cheese. We also have seafood sometimes, shrimp or prawns. Once on the table, the main and special dish is usually some baked fish, like sea bass, hake or whiting. We also have a bowl of our traditional Cocido, sometimes with a splash of cognac, and a salad with escarole and pomegranate. Some of the typical sweets are marzipan, nougat and Polvorones. On Easter holidays we always have Potaje and torrijas.

Create a list of those Attributes/Constituted Entities, Aims/Constitutive Functions
-
Assign "labels" to create a uniform terminology for synonymous terms (e.g., the label "Parties" is assigned to any references to "member states", "COP", "Governments", etc., in an international treaty forum)
-
Group similar coded statements together based on their rule typology (e.g., payoff rules, aggregation rules) or by their contribution to a particular decision-making context (e.g., monitoring, compliance), or by any other important context (e.g., design principles, stages of the policy process, etc.)
-
Consider creating a taxonomy or classification of key contexts useful for semantic annotations. For example, any statements outlining the decision-making authority of an actor could be semantically annotated as "authority".
