made the necessary changes for Indexd to work with the new slim python image and gunicorn. I also added in the ability to have an nginx sidecar container with gunicorn if needed.
Per GPE-979 we switched to Al2 and gunicorn for the python 3.9 image. With the new python 3.9 image we based indexd off of it and modified the indexd image to use gunicorn as well. These are the necessary modifications to our helm chart in order for the new indexd (feat_GPE-788) image to work with all the changes implemented.
