Improvements

• Artifact creation now happens through the UIGraph skill in your coding agent. The skill can explore your project, suggest diagrams and documents, and create the artifacts you choose.
• When creating artifacts for a project for the first time, the skill also adds instructions to help coding agents keep them up to date.
• Starting UIGraph in a project without artifacts still opens the viewer, so you can browse other registered projects while you set up the new one.

Breaking Changes

• Artifact generation and project setup are no longer available through uigraph generate or uigraph init, and generation-related CLI options have been removed. Install the UIGraph skill, ask your coding agent to generate the artifacts, then run uigraph to view them.
