iTunes - if already paused will start playing music when PC is locked.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Pause itunes
2. Lock PC

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Music stays paused. Music starts to play.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I had wrote a autohotkey app that responds correctly based off of the
Maximized Software iTunes scripts found here:
http://www.maximized.com/freeware/ScriptsForiTunes/  The pause script here
will pause itunes, if itunes is already paused itunes won't start playing.
