- Remove `std::str::from_utf8` calls in `parse_annotation_html` for Event::Text and Event::CData
- Remove `String::from_utf8` conversion for CDATA content
- Simplify `tag_name` function to accept &str instead of &[u8] and remove UTF-8 conversion
- Remove `?` error propagation from `tag_name` calls since it no longer returns Result
- Simplify attribute key parsing to work directly with bytes
- Remove unnecessary `&` in string slicing operations
