Native Hedera mainnet and testnet payments now support sponsored HBAR and USDC through x402 v2/exact. Adds offline DER signing, buyer 402 retries, merchant request builders and network/account discovery. Arc mainnet/testnet support remains available.

Install: pip install 'uvd-x402-sdk[hedera]==0.85.0' (Python 3.10+ for signing).

Validation: 1,218 Python tests, 430 cross-language checks, and four real payments from a clean PyPI install: HBAR + USDC on both ledgers. Consensus receipts reconcile principal and sponsor fees, retries preserve the transaction ID, and replay verification is rejected.

Native scope: v2/exact, numeric accounts and ledger-specific USDC; no native escrow/upto/extensions. Admission budgets are facilitator deployment settings, not a throughput guarantee from the SDK.
