Hedera mainnet/testnet payment policy is native USDC only. HBAR and custom token offers are rejected before signing; HBAR remains the sponsor fee currency.

Migration: replace HBAR requirements with the network-specific USDC token and six-decimal atomic amounts. There is no automatic currency conversion. Historical transaction evidence is retained. Arc USDC/EURC support is unchanged.
