What's new

• Added editLink to show an "Edit this page" link, using a URL template with $file for the source path. Override or hide it per page.
• Added feedback to show helpful/not helpful controls that POST to a configured endpoint. Hide it per page.
• The language selector shows each language by its native name, e.g. "日本語" for ja and "繁體中文" for zh-Hant, instead of the language code.
