Wires up the "Open in Infinity Editor" option, to create a new document in a modal.

This patch wires up the Collection's "Open in Infinity Editor" option, so that the create new document action will open in a modal.
Note: There is a small issue with the URL of the modal overlay, which I'm hoping can be resolved soon.
