Container actions not triggering when clicked

Describe the bug
Container actions do not work — clicking on any action (except Create) does nothing

Steps To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click on ... on a repository.
2. Click on any action that has been added (except Create).
3. Nothing happens.
4. Open browser developer tools → Console tab → error is displayed.

Expected behavior
Container actions should trigger and execute when clicked.

• Server OS: Windows
