tA doesn't jump to article after alternate language choice.

If tW is in Kananda and no Kananda tA is available, a "translationAcademy translation" dialog pops up. Once the user makes a choice of which language, tA opens to the beginning of the file.

It's expected that tA would open to the relevant article regardless of the language. That is the behavior when the current language exists.
