We hereby notify you on behalf of Unity Technologies SF, and its affiliated companies (collectively, “Unity”) that the following URL https://github.com/unitycoder/UnityLauncherPro (the “URL”) associated with the above domain contains content (the “Infringing Content”) which infringes the intellectual property rights, goodwill and reputation of Unity, including but not limited to the following trademarks (the “UNITY Mark”) owned by Unity IPR ApS (“Unity”):

[private]Such unauthorized use of the Infringing Content in the URL infringes on the intellectual property rights, goodwill, and reputation of Unity and causes consumer confusion as to whether the Infringing Content is authorized, endorsed, or sponsored by Unity when, in fact, it is not. Unity has an obligation to the public to police against any infringing website content which may cause marketplace confusion. Such actions dilute Unity’s UNITY Mark, harm its associated goodwill, and constitute, inter alia, a misappropriation and violation of the rights of Unity. This damage to its business entitles Unity to various forms of relief, including monetary compensation.
We have a good faith belief that use of the Infringing Content in the URL is not authorized by Unity as the owner of the UNITY Mark, or its agents, nor is such use permissible by law. Use of such Infringing Content in the URL is not defensible. We have notified the registrar of the URL’s domain in writing of this matter.
We demand that you immediately remove and cease using the Infringing Content in the URL without delay. Please confirm in writing that you have resolved this matter as requested within the next seven (7) days. If we do not receive such confirmation from you, we will have no choice but to pursue all available remedies against you. We reserve the right to take whatever action we consider appropriate to protect our rights and nothing contained in this Notice is intended to constitute a waiver of any of Unity’s legal rights or remedies, all of which are hereby expressly reserved.
