How to avoid white jagged edges?

ISSUE

When painting with locking mask enabled, edges have white areas or jaggies:

USE THRESHOLD

Enable: [x] Use Threshold and set Paint Threshold higher to 250-254

Use Filter Mode: Point, instead of Bilinear
