Agent UI and developer tooling

• Make the default Box icon registry lazy so a themed component no longer pulls
  the full icon inventory into its initial bundle. Export
  preloadBoxDefaultIcons() for hosts that need named icons before first render.
• Refine run summaries, status glyphs, result blocks, and motion: quieter
  nested traces, consistent step durations, honest static document rows,
  configurable verdict language, and scroll-following only for unseen content.
• Give agent approvals result details and inline resolution errors. Invalid
  stream sequence values now mark a reply incomplete; hosts can skip malformed
  NDJSON records explicitly. resolveAction() now rejects on transport failure
  instead of returning null.
• Add restorable workspace chats, public pane controls and events, a header
  slot, and single-mount behavior for host-supplied conversations.
• Extend call-console failure classification, untyped SSE support, service
  labels, heading controls, and bounded history. Use shared Button styling for
  Undo offers.
• Include versioned agent UI, motion, and API guidance in the npm package.
