Component and adapter improvements

• Add the Combobox field-description contract and React wrapper; expose Text
  Field type, reveal, and autocomplete options through the React adapter.
• Add Code Editor syntax and surface theme variables plus line APIs, optional
  plain Accordion panels, clearer Call Console code-region names, a
  screen-reader-only Process Modeler status, and stronger Command Palette
  shortcut contrast.
• Raise danger Button text contrast in light and dark themes while retaining
  the shared status-red token and a component-level theme override.
• Keep React, Angular, Vue, and Svelte adapter versions in lockstep at 0.27.0.
